FINANCIAL INCLUSION
Financial inclusion is understood as the set of measures put in place to broaden access to affordable and responsible financial and non-financial products and services for people traditionally excluded from the formal banking system. A full range of financial services enables low-income people and SMEs to finance their activities, save and protect themselves against risks.
Financial inclusion also refers to the provision of financial services adopting a responsible approach to serve the goal of poverty reduction. Financial institutions should therefore seek a balance between economic viability and social and environmental objectives.
AGRIBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Sustainable agriculture generally refers to an integrated system of plant and animal production that is conceived to last over the long term, satisfy human food needs, enhance natural resources, use efficiently non-renewable resources, sustain economic viability and enhance the quality of life of farmers and society as a whole.
